Vote from anywhere, any time, using the voter information letter mailed to registered voters.

October 17 and 20
Vote early at any of three advance locations across the city.

Monday, October 26
Vote at any one of the four polls in your ward.

Can’t vote yourself? You can appoint someone to vote on your behalf with a certified proxy form.

October 26
There are 24 locations—four in each ward. On election day, vote at any location in your ward.
Ward boundaries changed for 2026. Even if you’ve voted before, confirm your ward before election day.

What to Bring
Bring your voter information letter and one piece of ID showing your name and Burlington address. Photo ID is not required.
Who Can Vote
You can vote if, on voting day, you are a Canadian citizen, at least 18 years old, and live in Burlington (own or rent)—or you or your spouse own or rent property in Burlington.

All Burlington voting locations are accessible. Online voting also lets many residents vote from home.
