Restore Local Control Over Development Decisions

Decisions about where and how Burlington grows should reflect the needs of our community. Yet the Ontario Land Tribunal can overturn local decisions, putting our neighbourhoods, downtown, waterfront and rural area at risk of development that doesn’t fit, while adding cost, delay and uncertainty to the homes and businesses we need.
