Help Food for Life win $10,000 grant

Food for Life is participating in a unique fund raising contest run by CIT, a global financial services company. They have launched an initiative called "Foodortunity" (click here to view the promotional poster). CIT has identified several hunger-related charities in communities in which they have a main office to collect on-line votes to receive grants of $10,000, $5,000 and $2,500. New fee structure proposed for pools, room rentals

Community & Corporate Services Committee, May 27, 1pm & 6:30pm, City Hall The proposals, outlined in report PR-10-14 and PR-17-14, will be considered at the Community & Corporate Services Committee, May 27. An hourly market rental rate will be set based on what the market is willing to pay considering a number of factors including a market comparison, feedback received from renters and professional judgement.
